Our artist roster includes rising mainstream stars such as Zoey Clarke, an Atlanta-based EDM artist and DJ known for her electrifying performances and genre-blending sound, and B-Boy Fidget, a Seattle-based hip-hop artist and breakdancer who seamlessly fuses lyrical artistry with high-energy movement. In addition, FBME proudly showcases underground talent, including 44Cal.Dark Gods, a collective pushing boundaries with raw, authentic music.
Led by a team of industry veterans, FBME thrives under the leadership of CEO/President Kamali Thompson, alongside Jay “Pop” Santiago, a 20-year music industry expert, Sheldon “Uncle Shelly” Lunan, a certified party-rocker with deep roots in the entertainment scene, and LaNita Arnold, our newest key asset who serves as the Operating Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Committed to fostering the next generation of music professionals, FBME offers hands-on internships for students seeking experience in A&R, artist management, digital marketing, event production, and more. With a strong focus on mentorship, our interns gain invaluable industry insights while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Kamali Thompson
Founder, President & CEO, Firstborn Music & Entertainment LLC
Kamali Thompson humbly began his journey in the entertainment industry in the Bronx, New York—the birthplace of Hip-Hop. His passion for music was nurtured at the prestigious Harlem School of the Arts, where he studied both guitar and piano.
In 2007, Kamali founded Firstborn Music & Entertainment LLC (FBME) as an independent consulting company, initially assisting fellow Hip-Hop artists. After exploring a career as a recording artist, he pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University. Under his leadership, FBME evolved into a multifaceted entertainment company specializing in artist management, private event planning, and model management.
Currently an entertainment and trademark attorney, Kamali leverages his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School to navigate the complex legal landscape of the music industry, ensuring artists and brands are well-protected and positioned for success.
FBME continues to expand its reach, coordinating and sponsoring events through its subsidiary, Variety 6 LLC, co-owned by flagship artist Zoey Clarke. With a forward-thinking approach and a deep understanding of the industry's changing dynamics, Kamali remains dedicated to developing and elevating artists in an ever-evolving musical landscape.
